If this is your first server:
We work with you to determine the correct server for your
operation based on your current and predicted objectives. We
then suggest various alternatives and help you choose the
right one for you. Next, we acquire, configure,
and test the server in our own offices to make certain you're
getting just what you ordered. After delivery and installation
of your server and networking services, we again test to be
sure there are no problems. The end result is a central server
that can store your business data, automatically back up that
data, provide remote access capability to your network, and
run mission-critical software appropriate to your operations.
If you already have a server:
We can help you administer your current server, check the
setup and offer suggestions for necessary changes. We're on
call if you have any problems, first over the phone or via
remote connections, and then on-site if necessary. Our goal
is to do what we need to do to make your computer problems
disappear-on time and on budget.
