Needs Analysis: Our
engagement process typically begins with an Initial Needs
Analysis meeting. This is a no-charge consultation wherein
we will come with many questions about your operations, processes,
and systems. From our perspective it is an opportunity to
gather the information we need to provide you with the best
recommendations and proposals. For you it is a first opportunity
to meet and interview us and begin the process of assessing
your level of comfort and trust with us and in our abilities
to handle your requirements. The better we understand your
business - where it is and where you want it to go - the better
we can suggest ways you can benefit from and more effectively
apply technologies towards your goals.
Technology Audit: A
Technology Audit is a great way to assess your IT status and
is the first step in the IT Planning process. We will conduct
a thorough site survey and take stock of your existing hardware,
software, processes and practices.
Basic Services:
This is a way to get your problems solved, your questions
answered, your computer network serviced, or a new employee
added to your network. Basic Services are billed on an hourly
basis -- use as much or as little as you like.
Proactive Services:
Would you like a computer maintenance plan designed for your
company? To insure your network and other I.T. assets work
smoothly, there are certain actions that should be taken on
a regular basis. MyITpros created the Proactive Service Plan
because of this, and in response to requests for a way to
minimize downtime, increase productivity, and save our clients
time and money. Now, our Proactive Service clients are our
happiest clients. What is Proactive Service? It's a process
by which we come to your office at regularly scheduled intervals
(determined by you) and check to help ensure everything is
running as expected. We work with you to create a service
checklist customized to your situation (check server/workstation
health, log files, virus updates, data backup, firewalls,
driver updates, software upgrades, security patches, etc.)
This program is designed to maximize your systems' performance
and stop potential problems before they start, so you can
do the work you need to do.
