The MyITpros Difference
Since 1993, we’ve built a strong reputation across central Texas, one client at a time. Most of our clients come to us after being frustrated with their previous IT staff or managed service provider.
They check us out; speak to our clients; and gladly jump ship for higher levels of responsiveness, integrity, and technical competence.
We bring a strategic perspective to every client. This means your MyITpros team develops a technology roadmap for you that supports your business goals and guides IT investment decisions over time.
Following this forward- looking roadmap, the team delivers a personalized services plan covering day-to-day remote monitoring, maintenance and fixes. Furthermore, depending on the service plan level, we provide written reports and senior-level business reviews that give you visibility into the performance and cost effectiveness of your IT systems.
When considering any managed service provider (MSP) to support your on-premise IT infrastructure and users, it’s important to look beyond your immediate needs and assess how well the MSP can support you as your IT needs evolve.
For example, small and medium sized businesses are rapidly transitioning from on-premises IT systems to Cloud computing in an effort to further reduce complexity and costs. MyITpros is one of the most experienced providers of cloud computing solutions in the Austin area.
We’ve helped many of our clients move some or all of their servers, applications, and databases to the cloud. The technology roadmap we prepare for you will help you decide if and when moving to a cloud computing solution makes sense for you. You’re not just hiring a help desk, you’re hiring a business partner.
Your Virtual IT Team – We Put a Smile on Technology
Each of our clients is assigned a team of technology specialists. They will know your systems; they will know your people; they will know you; they will know what you expect of IT for your organization’s performance.
By assigning a team versus just 1-2 individuals to each client, we’re able to design and deliver a service level agreement (SLA) that optimizes expertise, responsiveness, and redundancy – for much less than you’d pay in salaries for your own staff.
Your team consists of an executive at MyITpros who at the minimum, conducts the Annual Business Review with you. The Chief Information Officer, also a principal at MyITpros, functions as your virtual CIO and is the architect of your technology roadmap. He is also available to design IT solutions for you as needed.
The core team consists of two senior systems engineers, one of whom functions as your virtual IT Manager, and two other Systems Engineers. Our senior engineers average over 10 years of experience and have earned the latest technology certifications from vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco.
One other characteristic you should know about your MyITpros support team – you’ll actually like working with them. That’s because when we recruit employees, we place as much importance on personality and integrity as we do on technical competence.
