Managed IT Services Plans – At a Glance

RemoteCare – This is our most popular service plan for companies looking to outsource their IT support. Clients who move from an hourly support plan to our RemoteCare frequently see a reduction of 50% -80% in invoiced hourly fees.

In addition to automated remote management of servers, desktops and laptop computers, we also include unlimited service desk and remote support for the users of your managed desktops and laptops during business hours (8×5). We provide unlimited remote support for managed servers 24x7x365.

Regular onsite visits are performed on a quarterly basis to ensure the stability of your network.

Although we have automated a lot of the maintenance on your managed computer systems, there are some tasks that must still be done manually. These tasks can include things like performing tests, restores of data backups, reviewing security logs and settings, and installing updates on your firewall.

As with all our plans, you receive monthly account reviews with your IT Manager and an annual business review.  All other work, such as on-site visits, adding a desktop or repairing a printer, is billed at an hourly rate.

ProCare – Some clients need frequent on-site support and they opt for our ProCare plan in order to obtain a high level of service within a known monthly budget. For these companies we customize a service offering that includes unlimited on-site support plus remote management and service desk.

The onsite support agreement can be structured to include any of the following:

  • Additions, moves, or changes to existing systems
  • Projects
  • Vendor management
  • Printer repair
  • Advanced line of business (or other) application support services
  • Advanced SharePoint services
  • IT staffing
  • Onsite support for users outside of your office
  • Onsite support for users outside the Austin area

You will also receive monthly account reviews with your dedicated IT Manager and an annual business review.

TeamCare – This basic level of service is designed for companies with IT departments who want to augment the team with additional resources. It provides automated, remote management of your servers, desktops and laptop computers.

If required, the entire IT support team can use our sophisticated trouble ticket and remote monitoring technology that can save you thousands in license fees. We will provide automated proactive updates, monitoring, and alerts.

You’ll also receive regular monthly account reviews with your dedicated IT Manager and an annual business review.  All other work, such as service desk calls and fixes are billed at an hourly rate.
