What the gateway does

Our gateway is user-friendly payment portal where new clients can easily manage all financial transactions with MyITpros. The gateway allows you to:

  • View or print invoices in our payment gateway
  • Review payment and transaction history
  • Modify payment methods
  • Process payments

How to login to the gateway

To access the portal:

Browse to: 

Username: business email address 
Password: chosen upon acct set up


If you do not know your password, you can reset your password (if you have already been setup). If you have never been setup in the portal, click on request access and MyITpros will receive an alert to set you up in the portal.



  • Automatic payment authorization is required
  • We accept MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX & ACH
  • Log in to the payment gateway to setup the payment method
  • See above for log in instructions to the portal

We help our clients procure computer hardware, software and other equipment as an added benefit to our Managed Services.  Our clients count on us to provide solid IT recommendations and we are happy to help, so you can do what you best and let us be your IT department. Read about why letting us spec and purchase equipment, saves you money. Speak with your account manager about any needs and we will email a quote to you as soon as possible.

  • Payment for all hardware, software, equipment or project invoices are due at the time of order.  Payment can be applied online when approving the quote in our order porter. 
  • Return policies reflect the manufacturers’ terms with MyITpros.  We do not personally guarantee that all returns can be conducted. 
  • All Dell purchases are final and cannot be returned at any time.
  • All product manufacturer warranties are implied.  When authorized and applicable, we can assist with warranty replacement if conducted through the manufacturer. We do not personally warranty any hardware or software.
