Onsite work

We have updated our COVID-19 onsite policy to allow for onsite technical visits to resume as necessary. However, the safety and health of your employees and our staff remain our top priority. Therefore:

  • Onsite visits will be conducted on a volunteer basis. Only technicians who feel comfortable to do so will conduct onsite work. This means you may have a different technician onsite than who you originally worked with on the support ticket. Please rest assured any technician who performs onsite work will be fully capable and briefed on what work needs to be performed.

  • When scheduling onsite work with MyITpros, please let us know who, if anyone, will be in the office and any COVID-19 policies or procedures that are in place that we must follow.

  • If an employee in your business has tested positive for COVID-19, please notify us immediately. Onsite visits will be suspended until all exposed employees have completed a 14 day quarantine. 


Our technicians will also be following the guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control. These include:

  • Wearing a mask or cloth face covering while onsite.

  • Social distancing of 6 feet as much as possible.

  • Frequent hand cleaning or sanitizing.

Remote support continues to operate as normal and all other meetings will continue to be held via teleconference.

Office Closure

All physical MyITpros office locations will remain closed for
the foreseeable future.
