What do you like best about working at MyITpros?

“I love the learning and growth opportunities. I feel that I’m consistently challenged without being thrown to the wolves. When I’m stuck there is always a resource or someone willing to help me or point me in the right direction.”

What one piece of technical advice could you never live without?

“Know when you don’t know. There is not one IT technician that knows everything. Learn to know yourself and your limits and know when to ask for guidance.”

Which MyITpros core value do you identify with the most?

“While I know fun may be the obvious core value, I choose Own it. Ownership is part of our integrity with our customers. For me ownership is about doing what is right by the customer, taking responsibility for your mistakes and working to make things right.”

What are you most passionate about in your work?

“The people, both customers and our staff. I love working with people to resolve their issues or give guidance where I can.”

What’s your favorite thing to do in Austin?

“I absolutely love going to the greenbelt. Taking my wife and dog, relaxing, and soaking up the sun!.”

“I served in the us Navy and have been to 5 of the 7 continents. Just need Africa, and I have no desire to go to Antarctica.”
