The 2016 Inc. 5000 list is revealed, and MyITpros is on it!

MyITpros is so proud to announce that we’ve been named on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies in 2016, ranking 3,826!

This year’s selection is the most competitive crop in the history of the list, with the average company achieving an unprecedented three-year growth of 433%! Some other noteworthy statistics around this year’s honorees include:

  • The aggregate revenue across all companies is $200 billion.
  • The companies accounted for 8% of all jobs created in the entire economy during that three-year period.
  • Austin ranked 15th on the fastest-growing metro areas list, with 96 companies making the Inc. 5000.
  • Texas ranked 2nd on the fastest-growing states list, with a total of 395 companies making the Inc. 5000, behind only California (with 666 companies).

We’re humbled to be included on a list that honors independent small businesses and has such a prestigious pedigree. Companies such as Dell, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Pandora all gained national exposure as honorees!

"MyITpros has been a successful business for a long time- over 20 years- but in the last 4 years I believe we have really focused on growth accelerations and service improvements, " says MyITpros President Bill McCharen. "Making the list really confirms that we've made the right decisions and I feel so honored.”

The Inc. 5000 looks at percentage revenue growth when comparing 2012 to 2015. To qualify for the list, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2012. They had to be U.S.-based, for-profit and privately held and independent as of December 31, 2015. The revenue minimum required for 2012 is $100,000; the minimum for 2015 is $2 million.

MyITpros wants to extend a huge THANK YOU to our amazing staff and wonderful roster of clients for enabling our continued success! We have many exciting plans for the future and look forward to what’s ahead in the next year!
